Cameral control: bank accounts will not be blocked

The aim of cameral control is to provide the taxpayer with the right to independently eliminate violations, in this regard, the current monitoring system has been revised.
Since February 12, 2024, the procedure for executing notifications with an average degree of risk has been simplified by eliminating the obligation to submit supporting documents and passing decisions on recognizing the notification as unfulfilled. This was announced by Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Birzhanov during a press conference at the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
All notifications with an average degree of risk will be automatically recognized as executed.
Since January 1, 2023, expenditure transactions on bank accounts won’t be suspended for taxpayers who provided an explanation of disagreement.
The task to inform taxpayers has been implemented, the status of execution of notifications is displayed in the taxpayers' account.
We believe that this innovation will create favorable conditions for doing business, as well as reducing corruption risks.
