UNIVERSAL DECLARATION

UNIVERSAL DECLARATION On November 23, 2022, the State Revenue Department for the East- Kazakhstan region and SRO of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk held a seminar on universal declaration for the teaching staff of the S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University. Zhanar Aitzhanova, the chief specialist of office of advocacy in her speech acquainted the participants of the seminar with the upcoming events on a step-by-step transition to universal declaration, outlined the timing, informed how to submit the declaration on assets and liabilities. From January 1, 2023, the second stage of universal declaration will start. Employees of state institutions and the quasi-public sector of the East- Kazakhstan region and their spouses will submit an initial Declaration of assets and liabilities for the first time in the form of 250.00 as at 31 December 2022, followed by the annual submission of a Declaration of income and property of an individual (form 270.00). When entering the universal declaration, an entry declaration «Declaration of Assets and Liabilities» (form 250.00), that consists of the main form and 6 annexes must be provided. The Declaration of Assets and Liabilities (Form 250.00) is made as at 31 December of the year preceding the year of submission of the declaration of assets and liabilities, that is, as at 31 December 2022. This declaration can be submitted through the mobile application «e-SalyqAzamat», with which you can submit the declaration in electronic form within a few minutes, as well as via the Taxpayer's account. At the end of the event, the authorized persons of the SRD for the East- Kazakhstan region and the SRO for Ust-Kamenogorsk city answered the participants’questions.
