Changing information declared in the customs declaration.

The decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission Board No. 289 of 10 December 2013 « On making changes and (or) additions to the information specified in the declaration for goods and invalidating certain decisions of the Customs Union Commission and the the Eurasian Economic Commission Board » defines the procedure and cases of introduction amendments (additions) to the information stated in the declaration for goods (hereinafter - DG). The procedure for making changes (additions) to the information stated the DT provides for: 1. Introduction of amendments (additions) to the information stated in the DG before the release of goods at the initiative of the declarant. 2. Cases of introduction of amendments and (or) additions to the information stated in the DG after the release of goods. 3. The procedure for customs operations related to changing and additions to the information stated in the DG after the release of goods with the permission from the customs authority. 4. The procedure for customs operations related to changing and additions to the information stated in the DG after the release of goods at the initiative of the customs authority. 5. Introduction of amendments (additions) to the information stated in the DG before the release of goods at the request of the customs authorities.

The procedure for making changes (additions) to the information stated

the DT provides for:

1. Introduction of amendments (additions) to the information stated in the DG before the release of goods at the initiative of the declarant.

2. Cases of introduction of amendments and (or) additions to the information stated in the DG after the release of goods.

3. The procedure for customs operations related to changing and additions to the information stated in the DG after the release of goods with the permission from the customs authority.

4. The procedure for customs operations related to changing and additions to the information stated in the DG after the release of goods at the initiative of the customs authority.

5. Introduction of amendments (additions) to the information stated in the DG before the release of goods at the request of the customs authorities.
