The Department of State Revenue of the East Kazakhstan region held a training seminar " Improving the personal and managerial competencies of the management staff of the state revenue bodies of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On 16-17 April  2021, the State Revenue Department of the East Kazakhstan Region held a training seminar "Improving the personal and managerial competencies of the management staff of the state revenue bodies of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan", which was held by Asylbekova Leila Umurzakovna, Doctor of Psychology and academician.

Opening remarks were made by Sayat Bimagambetov, Head of the Department of Internal Affairs for East Kazakhstan Region. In his speech, he stressed the importance of  having such training seminars, in order to improve the skills and exchange experience. For his part, the head of the Department thanked Leyla Umurzakovna, Doctor of Psychology and academician, for the opportunity to learn and improve their qualifications.

Within the framework of the tax administration reform project, Asylbekova  Leyla Umurzakovna held training modules for the management staff of the State Revenue Department and its structural divisions in Ust-Kamenogorsk in order to expand the personal capabilities of managers in personal management technology, improve personnel policy and human capital management system, improve the ethical standards of management behavior and reduce the level of corruption.⠀

 For  two days, the seminar participants were tested to determine the behavioral audit of the manager's character traits and a number of other interesting psychological tests was also conducted.

During the training, the Doctor of  Psychology, consultant of personal growth Asylbekova L. U. gave some practical valuable recommendations for improving professionalism, personal and business qualities of the heads of offices of the Department.
