ACSDG - automated control system of delivery of goods

ACSDG – automated system for determining the weight and dimensional parameters of vehicles and video surveillance, used by customs authorities to monitor the measurement of the weight and dimensional  parameters of vehicles.

Work in the state revenue authority located at the customs border at the motor vehicle crossing points (hereinafter - the crossing points) is carried out using workstations (hereinafter - WS) " Measurement» ACSDG.

Customs control by means of the ACSDG is carried out in respect of all motor vehicles (hereinafter - the vehicle) crossing the customs border of the EEU when entering the Republic of Kazakhstan, exception:

-passenger vehicles not used for the transport of goods;

-cargo vehicles that transporting oversized and undivided cargo;

-buses that carrying out international passengers services

-When vehicles enter the customs territory of the EEU, the following is done with the help of the ACSDG:

1) automatic identification of vehicle number, trailer number, weight and dimensions;

2) external examination of the vehicle, by means of video;

3) automatic image generation of the front and rear view of the vehicle.

Control is implemented by operator of WS « Measurement ». 

When working at the «Measurement workstation», the operator provides:

• high-quality images of the front and rear registration plates of means of transport, allowing to identify the vehicle by the numbers;
• automatic reading of registration plates of means of transport;

weighting of the measured vehicle according to the technical requirements of the   weighing equipment;

• measurement of overall parameters.

In the case that automatic determination of the overall parameters of the vehicle is not available, the measurements are made by the operator and entered into the ACSDG in manual mode.
