About the "Electronic Invoices" system

Since July 1, 2014, it has been possible to issue invoices in electronic form on a voluntary basis in Kazakhstan.

The information system "Electronic invoices" (IS ESF) allows you to extract and exchange invoices in electronic form between participants of trading operations in real time.

The presence of the API interface makes it possible to integrate the ESF IS with ERP accounting systems.

Steps for registering with the ESF IP:

1. Getting the NCA keys in the PSC or by submitting an application on the website pki.gov.kz.
2. Follow the step-by-step instructions for registering in the ESF IC, which is available in the "Help" section of the upper menu of the system in the ESF IC.

IMPORTANT!!!

Registration of a legal entity in the IS ESF is carried out only with the use of certificates of the first head!

In order to register a legal entity, the first manager must obtain certificates of an Individual and a Legal Entity of the National Certification Center, issued in the PSC.

ADVANTAGES OF ISSUING INVOICES ELECTRONICALLY:

* Extension of the period for issuing the ESF to 15 days.

* The ability to issue an ESF in a foreign currency.

* The ability to delegate the rights to issue invoices to your employees.

* The ability to manage the ESF issued by the structural divisions of the legal entity.

* The possibility of not providing a register of sold goods, works, services (300.07), if all invoices are issued in electronic form.

* The possibility of not providing a register for purchased goods, works, services (300.08), if all invoices are issued in electronic form.

* Ability to view the product lifecycle.
