Today, compliance and compliance with the requirements of all civil servants not only with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also with the requirements of the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Ethics) is becoming increasingly relevant.
The Code of Ethics imposes high requirements not only on the behavior of civil servants, the correct clear timely performance of their functional duties, but also on the appearance of a civil servant, and also regulates interpersonal relations between civil servants, relations between subordinates and management.

The Code of Ethics states:

3) not to allow for their part to violate the requirements of the law, involving an infringement on public morality, order and security, and not to involve other citizens in committing illegal, anti-social actions.
