On September 23, 2026, the Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan Region, Ethics Commissioner K.K. Koishinov held a seminar "Issues of enjoyment of equal rights and opportunities for women and men in state bodies, preventing discrimination, and compliance with norms of official ethics."
The seminar was attended by psychologist S.A. Baibusunov from the "Antares A" public foundation, who spoke on preventing discrimination, the creating a favorable psychological climate within the team, preventing conflict situations, and compliance with the principles of mutual respect.
During the seminar, issues concerning compliance with the norms of official ethics, ensuring equal rights and opportunities for both women and men, and preventing discrimination in state bodies were also discussed.
Following the meeting, the importance of a respectful attitude among colleagues, compliance with ethical norms, and the creation of a healthy psychological atmosphere within the team was emphasized.
