📢 On July 1, 2026, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 329-VIII "On Amnesty in Connection with the Adoption of the New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was enacted, providing for the release of certain categories of citizens and business entities from administrative fines
👥 The amnesty is applicable to:
✅ individuals who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
✅ individual entrepreneurs;
✅ private notaries;
✅ private bailiffs;
✅ lawyers;
✅ legal consultants.
❌ The law does not apply for:
🚫 administrative penalties imposed by courts;
🚫 certain categories of administrative offenses provided for in Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " On Amnesty in Connection with the Adoption of the New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan ".
📊 Results of the implementation of the Law in East - Kazakhstan region:
🔹 Execution of administrative penalties in 61 administrative cases has been terminated;
🔹 including:
* 16 administrative cases against individuals;
* 45 administrative cases against individual entrepreneurs.
