On May 29, 2026, the qualifying stage of the Republican Sports Tournament among employees of state revenue agencies was held in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. The athletic event featured competing teams from the State Revenue Departments of East Kazakhstan region, SRD of Abai, Pavlodar, Karaganda, and Ulytau regions.
The purpose of the Spartakiad is to promote a healthy lifestyle, foster physical fitness, and strengthen team spirit among civil servants. Participants competed across multiple disciplines, including mini-football, volleyball, chess, table tennis, and esports.
The tournament was officially opened by Sayat Bimagambetov, Head of the SRD of EKR. Mukhamedolla Agzamov, an Honorary Sports Figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, served as the Chief Judge and attended the event as an honorary guest in his capacity as Chairman of the Public Association "Council of Veterans and Sports of EKR."
