🔰 The Department of State Revenues of the East Kazakhstan Region informs that starting from February 1, 2026, the Republic of Kazakhstan will begin the phased implementation of digital labeling for beer and beer beverages, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The labeling system will be introduced gradually and in stages so that all market participants can prepare in advance and organize their operations under the new conditions:
from February 1, 2026 – labeling of beer in kegs and bottles;
from January 1, 2027 – labeling of beer in aluminum cans;
from January 1, 2027 – transition to the full traceability regime throughout the entire product circulation chain.
Please note that only products manufactured from February 1, 2026 onward are subject to labeling.
Beer products manufactured before this date may be sold freely for a period of one year.
Manufacturers, importers, and retail sellers of beer connect to the labeling system through a single digital service. Registration is available on the industrial test platform at the following link:

When labeled beer or beer beverages are sold at retail, the product is automatically withdrawn from circulation based on information received from the Fiscal Data Operator (FDO). This is carried out using the cash register system already in use in retail outlets.
When selling draft beer (in kegs), the withdrawal from circulation is performed based on the initial data received from the FDO and applies to the entire keg.
Digital labeling ensures transparency in product circulation and protects bona fide market participants. The system is designed so that the processes of beer production, storage, and sale remain clear and familiar, while being enhanced by modern digital solutions.
