On January 19, 2026, the TV channel ALTAI (East Kazakhstan Regional Branch of JSC “RTRK Kazakhstan”) aired an episode of the program “Elge Qyzmet”, featuring an address by Sairankhan Kabisha, Deputy Head, on the activities of the Department of State Revenue for the East Kazakhstan Region.
During the broadcast, key issues were discussed, including the implementation of the new Tax Code, special tax regimes, transitional provisions, the “People’s Accountant” campaign, as well as the provision of public services and anti-corruption measures.
The Department of State Revenue for the East Kazakhstan Region reminds that the “People’s Accountant” campaign is ongoing and provides free consultations for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses. In-person consultations are held at the following address: Ust-Kamenogorsk, 86 Nazarbayev Avenue, 3rd floor.
Consultation schedule: January–February 2026 — three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
From March 2026 — twice a week.
The campaign will run until June 30, 2026.
