According to the Article 343 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2017 «On customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan», natural persons of Eurasian economic union member countries who have reached the age of sixteen or foreign natural persons accompanying individuals under the age of sixteen may act as declarants of goods for personal use of individuals under the age of sixteen. (one of the parents, adopters, guardians or custodians of these persons, another accompanying person or a representative of the carrier in the absence of escorts, and when organized departure (entry) of a group of minors unaccompanied by parents, adopters, guardians or custodians, other persons – head of group or a representative of a carrier).
