On the introduction of a ban on the import of fresh eggs of chicken into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan region reports that according to the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 4, 2025 No. 101. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 7, 2025, No. 35948, a ban was imposed on the import of fresh eggs of chicken (code of Commodity Classification of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 040721) into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period of six months by all modes of transport from third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for transit of fresh eggs of chicken through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their movement from the territory of one member state of the Eurasian Economic Union to the territory of another member state of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
