The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that from 00:00 on April 12, 2025 to 23:00 on April 13, 2025, technical work are shelduled on the servers in the "Electronic Invoices" information system. The EI IS will not be available at this time.
At the same time, subparagraph 2) paragraph 2 of Article 412 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraphs 64, 65 of the Rules for issuing of AIG (Order No. 1424 dated December 26, 2019) provides for, if necessary, that taxpayers have the right to issue paper AIGs, EI and include into the IS EI:
an invoice issued on paper within 15 (fifteen) calendar days days from April 14, 2025;
- An accompanying invoice for goods issued on paper within 3 (three) working days from April 14, 2025.
- At the same time, penalties will not be applied.
