«Keden»
Launch of the state service for inclusion in the customs register of intellectual property objects in the «Keden» information systems: changes for the holders of intellectual property rights and persons representing their interests.
As part of the continuation of work on phased implementation of the customs information system «Keden» the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is introducing into operation functionality for providing public services in the field of customs, namely for inclusion in the customs register of intellectual property objects.
Since 14 April 2025 the submission and processing of applications for providing public services will be carried out in IS «Keden».
We note, that on April 11, this year, at 18:30 applications for inclusion in the customs register of intellectual property objects will be stopped in the information system « Single Window on export-import operations».
Instructions on the procedure for filling in an application and register in the system are posted on the main page on the portal https://keden.kgd.gov.kz, as well as in the created separate telegram chat https:// t.me/kedenkgdgovkz/46130 – for intellectual property obje.
We draw attention to necessity to specify valid mobile phone numbers and email addresses during registration in order to receive notifications of the applications status.
