Launch of the state service for inclusion in the register of authorized economic operators in the information system «Keden»: changes for persons working in the field of customs as authorized economic operators
As part of the continuation of work on phased implementation of the customs information system «Keden» the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is introducing into operation functionality for providing public services in the field of customs, namely for inclusion in the registers of authorized economic operators.
Since 7 April 2025 the submission and processing of applications for providing public services will be carried out in IS «Keden».
We note, that on April 4, this year, at 18:30 applications for inclusion in the register of authorized economic operators will be stopped in the information system « Single Window on export-import operations».
Instructions on the procedure for filling in an application and register in the system are posted on the main page on the portal https://keden.kgd.gov.kz, as well as in the created separate telegram chat https:// t.me/kedenkgdgovkz/45032 – for authorized economic operators
We draw attention to necessity to specify valid mobile phone numbers and email addresses during registration in order to receive notifications of the applications status.
