The State Revenue Authorities provide the public service of «Customs clearance of goods». This service can be accessed in the following ways:
- Through a service provider;
- Via the «e-Government» web portal at www.egov.kz
To obtain the service electronically, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the web application portal at www.egov.kz
- Click on «Home»
- Select «Customs and taxes»
- Choose the «Customs clearance of goods» service
- Click on «Order service online»
- Proceed to the ««ASTANA-1» Automated Customs and Tax Administration System» website.
The goods declaration, submitted as an electronic document upon completion, along with documents verifying the information declared, must be signed with the recipient's electronic digital signature (EDS).
