Please be advised that the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2023 No. 308 "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2018 No. 295 "On approval of an insurance contract standard for the purpose of ensuring the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties has entered into force taxes when performing customs operations" (hereinafter - the Order).
This Order approved insurance contract standard for the purpose of ensuring the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties and taxes when performing customs operations" (Annex to the Order).
The order was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 30, 2023 No. 32172.
