On March 24, 2023, a training was held for Contact Center operators and employees providing public services by psychologist Shakirtova Aizhan Talgatovna in the State Revenue Department for East- Kazakhstan region. The training was aimed at the prevention of emotional burnout. The aim of the training was to find resource states and ways to prevent the emotional burnout of specialists.
