At the moment, the state revenue authorities provide 45 types of public services to the population and business entities, of which 34 services are automated.
The presentation of public services in electronic form makes it possible for a taxpayer to receive a public service efficiently and in the shortest possible time, using significant advantages: the possibility of receiving services online at any time of the day, without leaving the office or at home.
In order to ensure accessibility and improve the quality of public services, work is underway to expand the range of services that can be obtained through the e-government web portal.
Currently, it is possible to obtain 20 types of tax and customs services through the e-government web portal.
The state revenue authorities continue to work on the further transfer of public services to an electronic format.
