In accordance with subparagraph 5) of Article 38 of the Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 569 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget (Tax Code), based on the methodology for calculating fees for the use of surface water resources, approved by order of the Acting Minister of Agriculture economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 2009 No. 223 “On approval of the methodology for calculating fees for the use of surface water resources” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5675), the North Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
1.Approve the rates of payment for the use of water resources from surface sources in the North Kazakhstan region for 2022 in accordance with the annex to this decision.
2. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication
