The Department of State Revenue for the North Kazakhstan region informs that from September 7, 2021, the possibility of updating the information of the state revenue authorities on the public procurement web portal on additional tax reporting and payment of taxes submitted by potential suppliers, entailing a change in the indicators of their financial stability and (or) taxes paid (paragraph 447-3 of the Rules for Public Procurement, approved by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2015 No. 648).
This clause of the Rules was excluded by Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, No. 863, which entered into force on September 7, 2021.
Thus, to date, the information of the state revenue authorities on the financial stability of a potential supplier of the previous year, provided for in paragraph 447-2 of these Rules, is updated on the web portal once during a calendar year no later than October 1.
