Registration as an individual entrepreneur is effected based on a Notification of Commencement of Activity as an Individual Entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the "Notification"). The Notification is submitted electronically via the eLicense.kz and egov.kz web portals, as well as through second-tier banks (Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank).
Registration as an individual entrepreneur is completed within one (1) business day of the Notification being submitted via the web portals or second-tier banks.
In the event of changes to the registration details specified in the Notification, the individual entrepreneur is required to report such changes no later than 10 business days from the date the changes occurred by submitting a Notification electronically via the eLicense.kz and egov.kz web portals or second-tier banks (Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank).
