The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that in accordance with the amendments to the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is envisaged to introduce customs declaration of e-commerce goods using the declaration for e-commerce goods (DET).
By the decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission of December 17, 2024 No. 143, the form and procedure for filling out the declaration for e-commerce goods were approved. In addition, by the decision of the Board of December 17, 2024 No. 144, the structure and format of the declaration for e-commerce goods in the form of an electronic document were approved.
Currently, work has been completed on the implementation of the relevant functionality in information systems, and the Keden information system has developed the Declaration for Electronic Commerce Goods (DET) functionality. The introduction of this functionality and the use of DET will be carried out from July 1, 2026.
