The Department of State Revenue for the North Kazakhstan Region informs taxpayers of the region about changes to the tax reporting procedure, which come into effect on January 1, 2026.
If the reporting is not submitted
If tax reporting is not submitted within the established deadline and the taxpayer has no turnover, the information system will automatically generate reporting with zero indicators.
In this case, fines, account blocking and other measures will not be applied.
If there is income
If the taxpayer independently discovered undeclared income and filed additional tax returns, no liability applies.
However, if income is identified by state revenue authorities, liability measures will be applied in accordance with the law.
Check your details in your Personal Account
Please note: Automatic reporting is only possible if you have up-to-date data in your taxpayer profile in your ISNA Personal Account, including the list of tax reporting forms you are required to submit.
We recommend that you check the data in advance and update it if necessary.

The withdrawal of the reporting is cancelled
Effective January 1, 2026, the "Tax Report Withdrawal" service will no longer be available.
If an error is discovered after filing a report, corrections can only be made by submitting a supplemental tax report.
Extension of deadlines is no longer provided.
The legislation has abolished the possibility of extending the deadline for filing tax reports.
We ask taxpayers to plan their reporting in advance and submit it within the established deadlines.
Regulatory framework
Tax reporting forms and the rules for their submission were approved by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2025, No. 695.
