During 10 months of 2024, the state revenue bodies of the North Kazakhstan region provided 410 395 public services.
In the context of categories of service recipients, in general, 293 801 services were provided to individuals and 116 594 services to legal entities in 10 months of 2024.
Of the total number of public services rendered in the region, 408 710 services are presented in electronic form, which is 99.6%. Including 403 544 services provided through the information systems of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 4 866 services through the E–government portal, 300 services through the E-licensing IS.
1 685 services or 0.4% are presented in paper form.
