On the rates of payment for the use

of water resources from surface sources

in the North Kazakhstan region for 2024

 

In accordance with subparagraph 5) of Article 38 of the Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 569 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and other Mandatory Payments to the Budget (Tax Code) and based on the methodology for calculating fees for the use of surface water resources, approved by Order of the Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 2009 No. 223 "On approval of the methodology for calculating fees for the use of water resources from surface sources" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 5675), the North Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat DECIDED:

1.To approve the rates of fees for the use of water resources from surface sources in the North Kazakhstan region for 2024 according to the annex to this decision.

2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
