By Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2019 Year No. 1424 "On Approval of the List of Goods Subject to the Obligation to issue Accompanying Invoices for Goods (hereinafter – AIG), as well as the Rules for the registration of accompanying invoices for goods and
their document flow" provides for the registration of SNT for various categories of goods.
So, according to paragraph 11 of section "A", when turnover of goods subject
to export control is marked in section G10 of the AIG "Data on goods subject to export control (dual-use, military use)".
Next, when filling out the section, it is necessary to enter the license information in the "Export Control" menu - "Permits", reflecting the relevant data in the fields G10.4 "Document number", G10.5 "Date of issue", G10.6 "End date".
If the conclusion of the authorized body on the assignment (non-assignment) of goods to products subject to export control has been issued for the imported/exported goods, the information in this menu is not filled in. At the same time, information on the number and date of the conclusion is entered in field 19 "Additional information" in section G10.
Information on the classification of goods as export control goods by the product code of foreign economic activity can be obtained in the "Directories" section in the "Global Directory of Virtual Warehouse" tab (abbreviated as GDVS).
