According to the results of 10 months of 2023, the state budget plan was executed by 100.0% (with a plan of 154.0 billion tenge, the fact is 153.6 billion tenge). The rate is 125.9% or more by 31.6 billion tenge.
The local budget was executed by 102.6% or more by 2.5 billion tenge, with a plan of 94.4 billion tenge, 96.8 billion tenge was received. The rate is 125.8% (+19.9 billion tenge).
The republican budget was executed by 95.2% (-2.9 billion tenge). With the plan of 59.6 billion tenge, 56.7 billion tenge was received, the rate of 125.9% or more by 11.7 billion tenge, including for customs payments and taxes, the execution was 96.7%. The rate is 160.4% (+3.6 billion tenge).
VAT was returned at the "0" rate of 5.0 billion tenge, less than the level of last year by 1 billion tenge (6.0 billion tenge was returned for 10 months of 2022).
The following payments occupy the largest share in the structure of republican budget revenues:
VAT on domestic consumer goods – 36.2% or 20561.8 million tenge;
VAT on imports from the EAEU – 34.7% or 19708.3 million tenge;
VAT on imports from third countries – 15.5% or 8821.6 million tenge;
CIT to the republican budget – 7.6% or 4331.5 million tenge;
other sources – 5.8% or 3308.3 million tenge.
At the same time, the share of VAT receipts on imports from third countries decreased from 15.6% to 15.5%, and on VAT from the EAEU, the share increased from 34.6% to 34.7%. The growth rate of VAT receipts on imports from third countries is 158.2% or more by 3245.2 million tenge.
To increase revenues, work is underway to find additional reserves. Thus, additional reserves in the amount of 8058 million tenge were received, of which 6443.4 million tenge was received by the republican budget.

tax audit – 998,0 million tenge, etc.
