According to the results of 7 months of 2023, the state budget plan was executed by 99.0% (with a plan of 104.4 billion tenge, the fact is 103.4 billion tenge). The rate is 121.3% or more by 18.1 billion tenge.
The local budget was executed by 103.1% or more by 2.0 billion tenge, with a plan of 62.5 billion tenge, 64.5 billion tenge was received. The rate is 119.8% (+10.7 billion tenge).
The republican budget was executed by 92.9% (-3.0 billion tenge). With the plan of 41.9 billion tenge, 38.9 billion tenge was received, the rate of 123.7% or more by 7.5 billion tenge, including, for customs payments and taxes, execution was 131.3%, 1.7 billion tenge was received in excess of the plan. The rate is 198.1% (+3.5 billion tenge).
VAT was returned at the "0" rate of 5.0 billion tenge, more than last year's level by 1.8 billion tenge, the rate is 157.8% (3.2 billion tenge was returned for 7 months of 2022).
The following payments occupy the largest share in the structure of republican budget revenues:
VAT on imports from the EAEU – 36.9% or 14384.1 million tenge;
VAT on domestic consumer goods – 32.9% or 12814.7 million tenge;
VAT on imports from third countries – 16.8% or 6531.0 million tenge;
CIT to the republican budget – 7.5% or 2919.2 million tenge;
other sources – 5.9% or 2289.6 million tenge.
At the same time, the share of VAT receipts on imports from third countries increased from 10.7% to 16.8%, and on VAT from the EAEU, the share decreased from 39.8% to 36.9%. The growth rate of VAT receipts on imports from third countries is 194.7% or more by 3176.5 million tenge.
To increase revenues, work is underway to find additional reserves. Thus, additional reserves were received in the amount of 5990.2 million tenge, of which 4679.1 million tenge was received by the republican budget.
The largest amounts are secured due to:
desk control – 2018.6 million tenge,
tax audit - 830.2 million tenge,
debt collection -596.3 million tenge,
third party database – 470.1 million tenge, etc.
