By the end of 2022, the state budget plan within the competence of the SRC was executed by 108.4% With a plan of 130.2 billion tenge, 141.0 billion tenge was actually received. The rate is 130.0% or more by 32.5 billion tenge.
The plan of the local budget was executed by 112.1% or more by 9.4 billion tenge, with a plan of 77.1 billion tenge, 86.5 billion tenge was received. The rate was 138.8% or more by 24.2 billion tenge.
The republican budget was executed by 102.8%, exceeded by 1.5 billion tenge. With a plan of 53.1 billion tenge, 54.6 billion tenge was actually received. The rate is 118.2% or more by 8.4 billion tenge.
The revenue structure is as follows.
In the amount of receipts to the Republican budget within the competence of the SRC (54585.8 million tenge):
VAT from the EAEU – 41.9% or 22862.0 million tenge,
VAT on domestic consumer goods takes – 33.1% or 18042.3 million tenge,
VAT on imports from third countries – 13.2% or 7189.5 million tenge,
CIT to the republican budget – 6.1% or 3341.1 million tenge,
State duty – 1.6% or 873.7 million tenge,
other sources 4.2% or 2277.2 million tenge.
In the amount of Local budget revenues within the competence of the SRC (86,450.0 million tenge):
IIT at the source of 28.4% or 24581.0 million tenge,
Excise tax – 19.4% or 16784.0 million tenge,
Social tax – 19.3% or 16721.5 million tenge,
CIT to the local budget – 16.5% or 14246.8 million tenge.
Other payments – 16.3% or 14116.7 million tenge.
In order to achieve the planned targets and increase revenue growth, work is underway to find additional reserves. In 2022, additional reserves were received in the budget of more than 10 billion tenge. Of these, to the republican budget – 8.3 billion tenge, to the local budget – 2.0 billion tenge.
