  Meiramov Sayan Zhanbyrshinovich was born in 1978 in the village ofKyzyl-Asker of Volodarsky district of Kokchetav region. Higher education, in 2000 he graduated from the Almaty Institute of Economics and Statistics, majoring in Accounting and Auditing.          

He started his career in the tax system in 2001. He worked his way up from an ordinary tax inspector to the head of the tax department.

Since May 24, 2012, he has held the position of head of the tax department for the Ayyrtau district.          

On December 13, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the North Kazakhstan region.
