Salkeev Talgat Dauletkenovich

Talgat Dauletkenovich Salkeev was born in 1981 in the Magzhan Zhumabayev district of the North Kazakhstan region. He has two higher educations, graduated from North Kazakhstan State University in 2002 with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management, and from the Central Kazakhstan Academy with a degree in Law in 2015.

He began his career as the chief tax inspector of the Tax Committee for the district of Magzhan Zhumabayev in 2002. He held the positions of chief specialist, head of department in the Department of State Revenue in the North Kazakhstan region, Deputy head, Head of the Department of State Revenue in Petropavlovsk of the Department of State Revenue in the North Kazakhstan region. Since June 2023, he has been working at the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Prior to his appointment, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Excise Tax Administration Department of the Tax Administration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On September 16, 2024, he was appointed Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the North Kazakhstan region.
