Corruption leads to a decrease in the efficiency of public administration, investment attractiveness of the country, hinders progressive socio-economic development. The leadership of our country elevates corruption to the rank of a direct threat to national security and aims the state and society to unite efforts in the fight against this negative phenomenon.
To strengthen work in this direction, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2014 No. 986 approved a new program document "Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic 2015-2025".
The Strategy notes the low level of legal culture of the population as one of the main factors contributing to corruption manifestations, which allows "unscrupulous" employees to use it for selfish, illegal purposes, as well as the lack of comprehensive and purposeful information work on the formation of an anti-corruption model of behavior of citizens and a public atmosphere of rejection of corruption.
