Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.11.2021 No. 1127 "On Amendments and additions to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan"(registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under
No. 24999 dated November 2, 2021), the terms of the Pilot Project on accompanying invoices for goods have been extended.
So, the Pilot's term is extended:
for excisable products, import/export of goods to/from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the EAEU, as well as for goods for which ESF are subject to discharge through the "Virtual Warehouse" module (Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
No. 384 dated April 23, 2019) until April 1, 2022.
At the same time, penalties are not applied during the Pilot period.
In order to counteract the shadow economy, the list of goods for which electronic invoices are issued through the "Virtual Warehouse" module of the electronic information system is expanding.
