Inaccordancewith the law, bailiffshave the righttoseizebankaccountsandproperty.Also, if the amount of debt is over 40MCI, a banonleaving the Republic ofKazakhstanmaybeimposed.
In addition, we informyou that privatebailiffs, in addition to the amountowed, additionallycollectpaymentin the amount of up to 25%of the amountowed.
