"ABOUT THE HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE AND THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM" The Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 No. 360-VI SAM Prevention and restriction of consumption of tobacco products, including products with heated tobacco, hookah tobacco, hookah mixture, tobacco and alcohol heating systems (Article 110).               The import, production, sale and distribution of smoking tobacco products, including products with heated tobacco, hookah tobacco, hookah mixture, tobacco heating systems exceeding the maximum permissible levels of nicotine and tarry substances determined by the state body in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, as well as tobacco products, in relation to which do not have established sanitary and epidemiological requirements. The import, production, sale and distribution of non-smoking tobacco products, electronic consumption systems (vapes), flavorings and liquids for them are prohibited. The production, sale and distribution of goods imitating tobacco products is prohibited.
