Akaev Zhandos Suindikovich was born in 1984.
In 2005 he graduated from South Kazakhstan State University named after. M. Auezova, in 2020 - Regional Social-Innovative University. An economist by profession.
He began his career as an accountant at NIMEX Corporation LLP, and chief accountant at NPO Zerde LLP in Shymkent. From 2015 to 2024

worked in the positions of chief specialist of the audit department, head of the audit departments, debt management, desk monitoring of the State Revenue Department in Shymkent. From 10/04/2023 to the present, he served as deputy head of the State Revenue Department for the city of Shymkent. From January 17, 2024, he was appointed deputy head of the State Revenue Department for the city of Shymkent.
