In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 130 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 25 December 2017 "On taxes and other mandatory budget " (Tax Code), I HEREBY ORDER:
1) Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 14 December 2018 No. 1082 "On approval of the List of taxpayers subject to monitoring of large taxpayers" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 17992, published on December 25, 2018 in the Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
2) Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29 May 2019 No. 503 " On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 14 December 2018 No. 1082 "On Approval of the List of taxpayers subject to monitoring of large taxpayers" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 18761, published on June 4, 2019 in the Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placing of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) submit to the Legal Service Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the implementation of the measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph within ten working days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
