Please note that, in accordance with Part 3 of Article 69 of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, inquiries regarding the provision of public services are not recorded in the "Electronic Appeals" information-analytical system.
Consequently, inquiries concerning the provision of public services submitted via the "e-Өтініш" platform are not subject to registration or review, with the exception of inquiries specified in Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services."
Public services are obtained electronically exclusively through the "Public Services" (Gosuslugi) section of the egov.kz "Electronic Government" portal and the information systems of state revenue authorities (Taxpayer's Cabinet, Keden, and other services).
