The State Revenue Department of the Pavlodar Region reminds residents that the deadline for paying individual property tax for 2025 is October 1, 2026.
In total, approximately 346.6 million tenge in property tax has been assessed for residents of the Pavlodar Region for 2025 (covering over 260,000 taxpayers). To date, about 199.5 million tenge has been received by the budget.
At the same time, more than 27,000 residents of the region have not yet paid taxes for previous periods and have outstanding arrears totaling approximately 41 million tenge.
How can you find out the amount due and pay the tax?
Property tax is paid based on the location of the real estate property.
You can check the property tax amount and make a payment using the payment details provided in the "Upcoming Payments for Individuals and Sole Proprietors" service within the "e-salyq Azamat" mobile app, or via banking apps such as Halyk Bank, Kaspi Bank, and others. You can also check the property tax amount via the State Revenue Committee portal (portal.kgd.gov.kz) under the "Services" section—specifically the "Upcoming Payments and Arrears for Individuals" tab—or through the "SalyqBot" Telegram channel, or by calling the unified contact center at 1414.
Payment details for banks and ATMs:
- Budget Classification Code (BCC/KBK) – 104102
- Payment Purpose Code (PPC/KNP) – 911 (or 912 for late payment penalties)
What are the consequences of late payment?
Starting October 2, the following measures apply to citizens who fail to pay the tax on time:
Restriction of banking services: debtors will be unable to open bank accounts, transfer funds, or obtain loans.
Accrual of penalties: a penalty is charged for each day of delay, calculated at 1.25 times the official refinancing rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Enforcement measures:
- for debts exceeding 1 MCI (Monthly Calculation Index), a tax order is issued 30 business days after the notification is served;
- if the debt is not settled within 5 business days, the order is referred to private bailiffs;
- private bailiffs enforce strict sanctions, including the freezing of bank accounts and seizure of assets, as well as a ban on leaving Kazakhstan. Additionally, the debtor is charged for the bailiff's services—up to 25% of the debt amount. Dear taxpayers, we urge you not to delay payment and to settle your property tax on time!
