He was born in 1972. He has higher economic and legal education, and graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus. He is married and has two children. The total length of service in the civil service is 32 years, including 26 years in senior positions.

Карьера

Since 1993, he has worked in customs authorities in various positions, from inspector to Deputy Head of the Department.

In March 2002, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Customs Control Department for the Pavlodar region.

In September 2007, on a rotating basis, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Customs Control Department for the South Kazakhstan region.

In March 2009, he was appointed to the Central Office of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as Head of the Post-Customs Control Department.

In August 2012, he was appointed Head of the Customs Control Department in Pavlodar region.

In June 2015, he was appointed Director of the Methodology Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From August 2016 to September 2018, he worked as the Director of the Department of Post-Customs Administration of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from March 2019 to September 2020, he worked as the Director of the Department of Operational Control of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From September 2020 to October 2024, he worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus as an Adviser.

From October 2024 to March 2025, he worked as the Director of the Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In March 2025, he was appointed Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Pavlodar region. Departmental awards He was awarded the badges "Excellent Worker of the Customs Service" and "Excellent Worker of the state Revenue authorities".
