Electronic customs

The integrated customs component of the Automated System of Customs and Tax Administration - ASTANA-1 in the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the up-to-date version of the ASYCUDA World platform developed by UNCTAD allows to optimize customs procedures and reduce administrative and time costs of participants in foreign economic activity of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The ASTANA-1 system covers all customs procedures and operations, and is integrated with the tax databases of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as carries out information interaction with other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The process of registration - from the import of goods to its cleaning - is implemented in the IP "ASTANA-1", which allows foreign trade participants, being on a single information platform, to perform any operations - from the submission of preliminary information to control after the release of goods, which speeds up data processing.

Questions of customs representatives and declarants on the procedure for filling in declarations and unloading it are considered by specialists of state revenue bodies in the "on-line" mode with mandatory subsequent recommendations.

"IP "ASTANA-1" has a number of advantages, including the possibility of automated control of the entire customs process. In the absence of risks, IP "ASTANA-1" automatically issues a declaration for goods. The system is provided to users completely free of charge. Moreover, the declarant can perform all customs operations without leaving the office - he only needs to have access to the Internet. Among the obvious advantages is the possibility of forming preliminary information, which is subsequently transformed into a transit declaration. After the arrival of the goods at the destination, it is taken into account when forming an electronic storage document, which, in turn, is automatically used when forming a declaration for goods.
