Useful tips when contacting the State Revenue Department (DGD / SRC bodies)
- Use digital services first. Many issues can be resolved in e-Salyq Azamat, e-Salyq Business, the taxpayer cabinet (cabinet.kgd.gov.kz / knp.kgd.gov.kz) and kgd.gov.kz: tax debt, filing status, payments and certificates.
- File official requests through the proper channel. Formal applications and complaints should go via eOtinish.kz (digital signature or QR), by post or in person. A message sent only to a general email address may not count as an official appeal.
- Call the official contact centre for advice.
- Public services: 1414
- SRC / DGD operators: +7 705 956 53 88, 8 (7172) 735 515
Local consultation numbers are published on kgd.gov.kz and regional DGD websites.
- Prepare before you call or visit. Have your IIN/BIN, organisation name, document number and date, a screenshot of any system error, and the status of the return or payment. State the issue clearly and briefly.
- Book an appointment for a meeting with management. Reception days are published by each regional department. Mangystau DGD: Aktau, 31B microdistrict, building 35, tel. 8 (7292) 30-13-10.
- Send IT problems to system support, not to a general enquiry line. Separate support addresses exist for the taxpayer cabinet, SONO, the SRC portal and apps, ESF and other systems (see kgd.gov.kz).
- Use the helpline or “red button” for misconduct. Ethics violations, delays or suspected corruption can be reported via the regional trust line or the on-site QR feedback code that goes to SRC leadership. Mangystau DGD helpline: 8 (7292) 30-10-03.
- Allow the statutory review period. Official appeals are handled under Kazakhstan’s Administrative Procedural and Process-Related Code. Track the reply in eOtinish.
- Keep a record. Save the appeal number, the officer’s name, and the date and time of the call.
- Separate tax and customs issues. Temporary import, transit and customs clearance follow one route; tax returns, penalties, cash-register rules and special regimes follow another. Naming the topic correctly speeds up the response.
