Born on May 31, 1979 in Tselinograd.

Higher education, graduated from Akmola Financial and Economic College in 1997, specialty - finance, in 2005 the Academy of Financial Police, specialty – lawyer, and in 2011 the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, specialty – manager of state and municipal administration.

 

In 2014, he was awarded an academic degree – Candidate of Political Sciences.

- 2002-2010 – Inspector, Head of Department, Head of the Customs Administration Department;

- 2011 – Manager of "Astana Finance", Astana;

- 2011 – 2015 – Head of the Department of the DGD in Astana,Astana;

- 2015-2019 – Deputy Head of the Department of Employment and Social Protection of the Akimat of Astana;

- 2019 – Director of the Department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection;

- 2019-2021 – Deputy Chairman of the Association of Legal Entities "Nur-zhol";

- From October 21, 2021 to October 10, 2022 – Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the West Kazakhstan region.
