In 2021, out of all the documents issued by customs posts Department 4463 declarations – 2588 were carried out with the provision of documents of the permit system.
The basis of the documents of the licensing system is: certificate compliance, phytosanitary, veterinary and quarantine inspection certificate.
The number of conditionally released goods due to the failure to provide documents of the licensing system (certificate of conformity) in 2021 amounted to 174 declarations, while as of january, 19 are under control.

In 2021 the customs posts of the Department issued a total of 4463 declarations, of which 2955 are imports, 1508 are exports.
Of these 2082 declarations are issued according to the procedure of preliminary declaration, the share of preliminary declaration of imported goods is 70.6 %.
