In the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been designated as the coordinating body in the field of labeling of goods.

The branch authorized state bodies in the field of labeling of goods are defined as follows:

- Ministry of Finance-on excisable products;

- Ministry of Health – on Medicines;

- Ministry of Agriculture-on agricultural products;

- Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development-for industrial processing products.
