The payers of the fee are individuals and legal entities that have received a license for SNORING.
At the same time, the fee rate is set with a reduction in rates with differentiation depending on the administrative-territorial unit (KBK 105434):
– in the capital, cities of republican significance and regional centers-100 MCI;
- in other cities and towns-60 MCI;
- in rural settlements-20 MCI.
Payment of the fee is made in equal shares no later than March 25, June 25, September 25 and December 25 of the current year.
