The draft order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to some Orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan"has been prepared and posted on the Open NPA portal on the implementation of accompanying invoices for goods.
The draft Order provides for the extension of the terms of the pilot project on the SNT for excisable goods, as well as on the import/export of the EAEU until October 1, 2021.
The pilot period for Virtual Warehouse products is extended until January 1, 2022.
The start date of the pilot for goods on the WTO Withdrawal List and goods subject to labeling is postponed to October 1, 2021, and the end date of the pilot for this group of goods is extended until August 1, 2022.
Thus, the Pilot's term will vary from 9 to 12 months.
